PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
- I require 100% payment upfront before I begin working.
- A full refund is only available if I have not started the work. If work has begun, I will retain a portion of the payment corresponding to the completed stage (sketch, lineart, etc.) based on my price list.
- If there is no payment within 14 days without prior notice, the order may be cancelled.WORK PROCESS
- I communicate via Telegram (@belopotato) or Discord (belosha).
- Upon starting, I will provide a Notion tracker link so you can monitor the progress of your commission.
- Orders are generally completed in the order they are paid. For complex pieces, I may occasionally work on simpler sketches to maintain productivity and prevent burnout.
- I will always send a sketch for approval. Subsequent stages are sent upon request or as needed.
- If you wish for the commission to remain private (not posted online), please inform me during the ordering process.REVISIONS
- Adjustments during the sketch phase or corrections of my own mistakes are free of charge.
- Any changes requested after the sketch is approved or additions forgotten by the client may incur an extra fee.DEADLINES & CAPACITY
- As a student, my workload varies unpredictably. I do not work with fixed deadlines.
If I post personal sketches during busy periods, please understand these are low-effort pieces used for stress relief. I will return to your commission as soon as I have the necessary time and energy.CONTENT & LIMITATIONS
- I Will Not Draw: Pedophilia, zoophilia, scat, humans, or extreme gore involving female characters.
- I do not verify character ages. By commissioning NSFW content, you confirm that the characters are 18+.
- High-complexity backgrounds (especially architecture) and Mecha are "at your own risk." I will do my best, but I cannot guarantee the same quality level as my standard work. These may require an additional fee.I reserve the right to decline an order if:
- There is no clear visual reference or high-quality images.
- The client displays inappropriate behavior (misogyny, homophobia, or anything "creepy" in general).PROHIBITED ACTIONS
- The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own.
- You may repost the art with proper credit, provided my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
- You may not alter the artwork without permission, except for cropping/resizing for icons.
- Using my artwork for tracing or re-purposing parts for your own work is strictly prohibited.
